Hey! Can you recommend any sunscreen that works for sensitive skin that doesn’t smell absolutely horrible? I’ve been using Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Sunscreen for about 14 years, but it smells awful and it really puts me off from wearing it everyday like I should, any advice?
”some of you may see this answer coming a mile away, but the purito centella green level unscented sun…… is the best….. it’s perfect for most skin types, even sensitive, because it has a very minimal formulation without unnecessary essential oils nor fragrance, it has a soothing and comfy texture, and it has a good SPF. if your sensitivity extends to chemical UV filters, you may wanna go for their mineral alternative — the comfy water sun block, which is also unscented.
i can vouch for purito, and i can suggest a couple other korean brands off the top of my head that are suitable for sensitive skin, but i won’t be able to guarantee those won’t have obtrusive scents seeing as i haven’t personally used them. when it comes to western sunscreens, i’m yet to find a suitably unscented one; all of them seem to have that typical sunscreen fragrance, and i think most leave a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and wearability. the best sunscreen is the one you want to wear every day, and for me (and many others), the purito line does just that.
